Nursing Coaching at Royal Academy Elevates Your Potential in Healthcare

Nursing is a noble and fulfilling career that serves an important role in the healthcare system. At Royal Academy, our Nursing Coaching program recognizes the importance of this sector and seeks to provide prospective nurses with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their careers and entrance exams. In West Bengal, admission to reputable nursing colleges involves passing the nursing joint entrance test known as WBJEE. Our expert teaching offers complete preparation, covering the full syllabus and providing students with practical tactics for passing this tough exam. Students benefit significantly from expert supervision and individualized support.

Furthermore, we recognize the global demand for experienced nursing professionals and train our students for careers overseas. With our support, individuals can explore overseas job options, extending their horizons and advancing their careers. Join our coaching program and open up a world of opportunities in the vibrant nursing sector.

Why do nursing?

  • Government studies generally show that nursing is a stable and rewarding career.
  • If you want to secure a job and ensure growth, you need to dedicate time and effort.
  • It takes about 8 years or even less to advance from entry-level to higher positions.
  • For some, it can take 3 years of work experience to start seeing significant career progress.
  • Completing courses like GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or ANM (Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery) can enhance your skills and job prospects.

There is always a demand for nurses, but the number of qualified professionals remains low, and salaries are competitive.

Job Opportunities After Completing a Nursing Course

Question: Is there a guaranteed job in the state and central government after passing the nursing course?
Asked by: Dipanjana Banerjee, Rampurhat, Birbhum & Deepa Biswas, Jagulia, Nadia

Answer: There is a strong possibility of securing a job after completing a nursing course. Previously, candidates who passed the nursing course were recruited through direct interviews. However, the scenario has changed due to the increasing number of nursing graduates from both within and outside the state every year. Currently, recruitment processes involve written tests and interviews. Although it is no longer a guaranteed direct placement, after passing a nursing course, candidates still have the opportunity to secure a job in government or private organizations.
